Net Neutrality for All!
By now, I'm sure you have heard the over-the-top debate about weather or not everyone should be charged PER per they want to visit. Most people would agree, that is a little insane - no wait, very insane! For as long as the internet has been around we have all been paying for an internet connection (if that) and just roamed the entire internet for FREE. Why would Congress want to all of a sudden change the rules today? To make more money of course! This chart explains a little bit more about what I'm trying to explain. As if our internet connection fee alone wasn't hard enough to pay, lets add some more fees on top of that!
From a business standpoint, BlueTone Media would be severely hurt if this were to take place. Users would have to pay extra money to visit sites like ours and our clients sites; resulting in less business for the majority of internet companies. I know like most of you, I like to do a big chunk of my holiday shopping online also and I know I don't want to have to pay extra just to have that privilege either. If it isn't broke, don't fix it!
